She found a dark energy meteorite on the drill deck and placed it in her office as a paperweight. Several days of exposure to the stone's rays finally caused her to transform into a superhuman entity of immense power, dubbing herself Stellara, the Solar Woman. When transformed, her hair turns blue, and she wears a tight blue spandex uniform with a white star on the chest. Seeking to unleash her energy, she began destroying the Quad at the university and was captured and de-powered by X-Machina and Arogya, then placed into confinement wearing a power dampener. Stella was released when her power diminished, and she went back to her job. Drake, from the Black Faction, planted another meteorite in front of her office door, which reactivated her ability to become Stellara and imbued her with evil intent. She quit her university job and became a mercenary supervillain, defeating several superheroines to advertise her might, and subsequently working for the highest bidder. Currently, Stellara works for the Black Faction whenever they put her on retainer, but otherwise works independently for her own profit. Powers Super strength: Her transformation has increased her strength, enabling her to lift around 2 tons. Energy blast: She can discharge blasts of solar heat. Flight: She can fly via blast propulsion. Weaknesses: Lack of exposure to solar rays causes her powers to eventually run out. Vulnerable when in civilian form. |
