He has set up an elaborate system of tunnels underneath the city of Montreal, via which he moves his goods. He has no moral values and will acquire whatever goods his clients need. The Shopper does not always work alone. He has many "runners" searching for his goods. His main task is making sure the goods are ready for his clients. Powers The Shopper has no special abilities.
