He is part of a special squad created by the UN, that operates under the name, Peacemaker Squad. This squad is made up of police, soldiers and detectives from countless countries with peculiar talents and abilities to solve the troubles around the world. Drugdealers, murderers, criminals, and corrupt officials are under surveillance by the squad. Santana's chief responsibility is in dealing with the situations in Brazil. Santana has physical skills that are beyond normal. His desire for justice and peace are equal to his audacity and nothing will stop him from bringing down those who have surrendered to crime. Of the members of the squad, Santana is the one of the most difficult to deal with, mainly because of his way to solve the problems. And even if some consider him too unstable for the squad, Santana is an irreplaceable soldier, and Brazil needs him. Powers Enhanced reflexes: During the training and the tests applied by the Peacemaker squad, Santana displayed reflexes that go beyond human understanding. He can precisely calculate the trajectory of a bullet coming towards him, and can deviate from it perfectly. In some rare instances, he has even caught a bullet with his bare hands. Super strength: Santana can lift around half a ton and has used his strength to knock down walls and often bends firearms out of shape, one of his signature moves. Stealth: Santana does not only use brute force. He can infiltrate any area without being detected. Martial arts: His trump card is his combat skills. In hand-to-hand, he dominates many types of fighting style (Kickboxing, Capoeira, Chun's kuk). Military training: Like any good soldier, Santana dominates with any type of firearm. Super jump: He has also been seen doing jumps over cars and even trucks. Weaknesses: His code of honor is an unalterable rule in his life. He never confronts someone who is at a disadvantage, unfortunately, sometimes looks can be deceiving. Santana's empathy towards others can sometimes take the better of him and he will abandon the pursuit of his querry if innocents need help. On the other hand, finding such victims can transform his pursuit in a true hunt for justice, ignoring any law or order. Santana doen't place his health or physical condition above that of helping others and he will always defend the weak, even if this costs him his life.
