He grew his own product and knew the right paths to take to sell and not get caught. However, his product was bad and absolutely no one wanted it. The night prior to being evicted from his crappy apartment, Joe heard a knock at the door. When he answered, no one was there, except for a mouse, a cockroach, a vial, and a blowgun with hundreds of little darts. Attached to the gun was a note. The mouse and the cockroach scurried away when Joe reached for the note. It said "put a few drops of this on your plants, see what happens". Joe, not being one to question things, did just that. The next morning, his plants seemed to have a glow to them. He did the most logical thing he could; he smoked one of the glowing plants. He immediately went comatose and remained in a stasis for an entire month. When he awoke, he was in a abandoned church. The mouth piece of the Slumlords, Master Mullet, greeted him. Mullet told Joe that Swarmface had seen great potential in him and that he had been watching him for years. Swarmface wanted him to be a part of his organization and he had given him a gift in exchange. The blowdart gun fired darts laced with a paste made from a combination of a mysterious chemical and the Marijuana plant. The combination created a high so powerful, it would knock out anyone for a long period of time. If Joe agreed to the deal. Master Mullet would give him an extra incentive in the form of $20,000 and the name Potshot. Joe took the offer and Potshot became the third member of the Slumlords of Lower East Quincy. Powers Accuracy: Joe is fairly talented with his blowdart gun. He is a smooth talker, empathetic and everyone's friend. Weaknesses: Joe has no special abilities and is easily addicted.
