After having been interrogated, she was tortured by Professor Fallout. He was conducting experiments in radioactivity, and was curious to know what kind of results he would get on someone with a mutant physiology, so he proceeded to pour toxic waste down her throat. The toxic mixture burned the outside of Samantha's mouth, exposing her jawbone. Her limited healing factor enabled her to survive the ordeal, but the toxins did more than poison her body, it also poisoned her mind and destroyed any good that was left in her. That was the day Foxy died and Foxic was born. Powers Animal abilities: Foxic is a mutant who was born a human/fox hybrid. Her mutation gives her abilities comparable to those of the fox. Natural weapons: Her claws are pretty deadly, and she also has a prehensile tail. Agility: Her agility allows her to evade attacks and move quickly. Enhanced vitals: Her body is more resilient, and her strength puts her in the class of a very strong human. Healing factor: Her enhanced physiology also increases the rate at which she heals. Weaknesses: Her animal instincts have made her fearful of fire, but she is working on controlling that fear. |
