Barricade, has been a permanent resident of the MIB (Mutant Intelligence Bureau) Headquarters in Champion City. His father, Johnny Thunder, and mother, Roulette, left him in MIB custody while going on a mission. They are currently listed as MIA. Victor is a ward of the MIB and during his stay with them, he has gone on several missions with the Champion City Crusaders. His intelligence and creativity have aided the Crusaders many times and he has proven himself a valuable asset. He is trained in defensive driving, and is capable of flying the Crusader Cruiser. His intellect is graded at a genius level, and his ability to learn quickly as well as easily take on new tasks assigned to him, make him a formidable ally. Unfortunately, his powers are not developed enough for him to become a full member of the Crusaders. Powers Force fields: He can generate force barriers that can be used to protect him, others, and to ensnare. Barricade can also create a highly reflective force bubble that when "popped", can blind an opponent. Energy blasts: He also can concentrate his force field energy into a blast capable of placing a 2 meter hole in a reinforce brick wall. Flight: He has the ability to fly at moderate speeds. Military training: Barricade has been hero support for the last six years. He has received MIB Agent training and is fairly competent in the field, but lacks confidence. He has passed agent training with MIB except for martial arts. He is competent with small fire arms and can pilot an airplane and has full access to the Champion City Cruiser in air and in ground form. He is familiar with MIB operations and with organizations that have tried to overthrow the world. He is still mastering combat techniques. Stealth: He is proficient in concealing himself, climbing, following others, and stealth infiltration. Weaknesses: His secret ID - his relationship to the former heroes is kept secret. He has a code of conduct which prohibits him from killing. He needs to always fights fair. He also has a low self esteem. Paraphernalia: Barricade wears a very low grade MIB agent armor capable of stopping low caliber bullets. |
